Tour: City Sights - California State Capitol and Crocker Art Museum, Tuesday - $10/Guest
In the morning, we will walk to the nearby California State Capitol. Built between 1861 and 1874, the California State Capitol building is a Neoclassical structure modeled after the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. Tour this impressive building which houses the state legislature and the office of the governor. After a stop for lunch [price not included], we will walk over to take an afternoon tour of the Crocker Museum – the first public art museum founded in the Western United States, stablished in 1885 and is now one of the leading art museums in California. The Museum offers a diverse spectrum of special exhibitions and programs to complement its collections of Californian art, European art, international ceramics, photography, Asian, African and Oceanic art. Stroll through the museum’s exceptional traveling exhibitions.

Tour: California Automobile Museum, Wednesday - $10/Guest
Many of the cars are set off in eye-catching displays, as a place to educate people about cars; to tell the story of the development of the automobile and its effect on our lives. Approximately 25% of the vehicles are currently owned by the California Vehicle Foundation and the rest are displayed by private exhibitors. Some of the cars are on loan for a month and some for five years, so the display is a constantly changing exhibit of rolling stock.

Tour: Old Sacramento and Arden Fair Mall - $30/Guest
Old Sacramento State Historic Park is a cluster of noteworthy, early Gold Rush commercial structures. Historic buildings include the 1849 Eagle Theater; the 1853 B. F. Hastings Building, once home to the California Supreme Court; and the 1855 Big Four Building. A California Historical Landmark with over 50 historic buildings, Old Sacramento has more buildings of historic value in its 296 acres than any area of similar size in the West. [Walk about 1.2 miles to Old Sacramento*] Cost of lunch in Old Sacramento is not included. In the afternoon, transportation to Arden Fair Mall, Sacramento’s premier shopping destination.
