Note to Authors:
Regular registrations provide the following benefits:
- Access to all technical program activities with the exception of the tutorials, which have a separate fee.
- Access to one reception, and ticket to the networking and recognition event in Old Sacramento.
- Access to lunch and coffee-break refreshments
- Coverage for up to 2 papers. Cost for extra paper submissions is $450.
All reduced registrations (Student, IEEE Life Member, etc.) provide all the benefits of regular registrations, but cover only one paper submission. Cost for extra paper submissions is $450.
Papers that are not presented at the conference will not be included in the Xplore Proceedings.
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the full registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by 8 August 2016 - no exceptions.
